This studio apartment was custom-designed for a young lecturer who loves literature, writing, and gardening. Despite its size, the space is functional and beautiful. Neutral colours with dark green accents create a calming atmosphere for both work and relaxation. The layout of the apartment cleverly integrates a living area, sleeping area, cooking area, and space for reading, writing, and indoor gardening. The design is tailored to the young lecturer’s unique needs and preferences, encouraging productivity and relaxation.

A lovely family of five, comprising two grandparents, two parents, and a child, wanted to turn their private residence in Alwarpet, Chennai into a luxurious and elegant living space that incorporated mid-century modern and art deco styles. The design goals were centred around creating simplicity, planarity, symmetry, and unvaried repetition of elements while incorporating eco-friendly materials, openness, and natural lighting. The aim was to add a touch of glamour and excellence to the residence, making it a sweet and comfortable home for the family.
